2005 gmc sierra 2500 HD 6.0 4x4 new battery, new ignition switch, new key tumbler, no blown fuses, clean terminals, will not start. no crank, no clicking noises, no fuel or spark. there is a theft lock light on and my scanner cant communicate with the pcm. this truck is driving us nuts and just wondering if anyone has ran into this problem. any input is helpful and appreciated in advance.

do a theif relearn on it. To do so turn key to off. Then to start and release leaving key on (theif light will be flashing) after about 10 mins it will go out. then turn key off for 1 sec and repete 2 more times. After the 3rd time turn key off for 5 sec and then start.

Well we never resolved the issue, tried the theft reset with no results. With a multimeter we narrowed down a short in the pcm, ordered a new one and still no difference. the dash lights all come on except for the check engine one and when you pull the key out of the ignition the lights still stay on until I pull the ignition relay #5 under the hood I believe. Also we have switched the relays around which didn't work either.
Can the gauge cluster have anything to do with this problem? the tachometer bumps up every time the key is turned to start and now its sitting on 6,000 rpm and stays there with the key off and the lights aren't working the way they are supposed to.
