2005 savana accessories

Hi, my radio,power windows, and domelight no longer remain operational after key is switched off and before door is opened. They used to work for a period of time after turning off ignition. Also the dome lights no longer come on when key is removed or door is opened tho I can manually turn dome light on with dash switch. Anyone come across this problem before? Thanks for any input,

I'm thinking it might just be one of my door open switches is malfunctioning. Any idea as to where they are located or what they look like?

problem solved, bad switch on the rear sliding door.
