I believe i have some sort of electrical issue. Maybe you can help me with it.

Here is a list of problems:

1. A/c will not blow when started, then every once in a while, when I start the truck, the A/c blows full blast. There is not control over the fan. It will blow cold air when going about 70, but not hard. Seems the compressor is working, but something with the fan is not.

2. Seat heaters work after the truck has been running for about 3-4 minutes, then shut off randomly, then work again.

3. Headlights will go out, then turn back on. Same thing with turn signal lights, and daytime running lights.

4. I have an adapter that converts DC power outlet into an AC power outlet, it plugs into the cigarette lighter, but it doesn't work and the red error light comes on.

Could this be a fuse issue? Or a loose ground wire? Where do I start? Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your help.
