2006 GMC with door locks/windows and key fob issues

I have a 2006 GMC Sierra and my passenger power door locks and power windows won't work, also both key fobs won't work either, not even the panic button. I had the window open when it did work but it wouldn't roll up. I did get the window rolled up by using 2 jump wires. I even disconnected the negative wires off the battery posts for about 2 hours and tried again to no avail. Any ideas?

My remote door locks stopped working from the key fob, but the horn button on the fob still works. There's a procedure for resetting the fob/locks outlined in the factory manual , but I'm not going to try the procedure until after I get the truck through inspection in June. There's no telling what might go wrong doing the procedure. I'm sorry I can't give you specifics for your year truck, since mine is a year 2000.
