I grew up in Chevy's that my parents drove. The first car I bought was a Mazda then I pretty much stuck with Ford. Then, I found the 2007 Acadia and fell in love...for about a month.

The radio went out and I needed a new one within the first month. Now, four years later and an extended warranty later, I'm on my second engine, third transmission, been in the shop four times for the AC, second ($150)battery, six times for the sunroof...I just wish the leaking water would cause a short and have the POS catch on fire...I have GAP insurance to cover the difference. I'm not ROUGH on the vehicle, I get the oil changes, tune ups, etc. religiously. I contacted GM and their response was....you know, everything's been covered under warranty or extended warranty, what's the problem? Because "I" have not paid money "OUT OF POCKET"...there is nothing we can do for you. I started the process of contacting them shortly before my mother passed away....sorry I didn't continue the process before the four year window ran out, I live in Maryland.

I imagine it's JUST this car but this experience has left me REAL sour on GMC. And my customer service experience with LEO has left a LOT to be desired. It's a shame GM isn't willing to work with me AT ALL. Now, we've had severe storms the past two days and the sunroof is leaking again. Of course, I guess I need to PAY to get the drains cleaned out....you know, those drains on the sides of the sunroof...in the frame of the car? Yeah, those drains...the ones I have NO CLUE HOW TO GET TO....but it's MY responsibility to clean them out!!!!

What a JOKE of a car this vehicle is!!! I just wish it would CATCH ON FIRE!!! Or atleast GMC would stand behind their POS.
