This Monday I'll be in Kentucky picking up a car and taking home with me to Salem MO. I'll be using my Acadia to tow a 97 Crown Vic police interceptor 322 miles. I'll be using a car hauler from Uhaul to tow it. I do have the tow package on the Acadia. Has anyone ever towed that much weight for a long distance or more? Far as I can tell the route I'm taking is mainly flat land with a few small hills and small corners. The way I normally take going to and from Missouri to KY is a lot of hills and corners. I'm not sure how the Acadia will hold up with that much weight behind it. We're talking about close to 5800 lbs being towed. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
