2008 1500 denali transmission prob

Hello, I have a 2008 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali 6.2L with 176,000 miles. I have noticed that the trans slips a little in the lower rpms after coming from a stop. I have noticed that it acts like while driving and trying to accelerate quickly that it will sometimes slip out like it got put into neutral and then pop back into gear. Does anybody know a fix or how to fix it.
