Got back from a weeks vacation and car wouldn’t start. Acting as though the battery was dead, ie, no dome light radio ect. Battery being almost 4 years old in AZ, I assumed it was just time for a new battery. Replaced it to find still no dome light or radio, tested old battery, it was a little low at 10.5ish.... what could be causing my issues?

Corrosion on the battery terminals or a bad alternator. Just couple guess off the top of my head.

Well, the old battery was dead. Don't know hat the current problem is. Does the car start?

Check fuses and fusible links?
