I posted this question before and didn't get any good info.So I figured to try again as some time has passed and the issue is not yet solved.
My 2011 2500 HD SLE is set up with a plow package. When plowing and operating the plow(Fisher)the volt gauge drops off drastically. This is typical,as with electric hydraulics,as it also happens with my 05 2500 plow and 04 3500 dump.My issue is recovery time. The other trucks recover immediately while the 2011 sometimes will take 3-5 minutes to show typical 14 +/- volts on gauge. The recovery is the same even if I throw it in neutral and rev truck!
I brought the truck to both Fisher and GMC dealer, both saying it is normal;BS!
There is a thread on plowsite about this with many people complaining about the same thing.
One response said his was fixed with a body control reflash????PLEASE HELP!!!
