2012 Sierra Stereo Upgrade

Hi all. I searched for this topic and did not see anything relating to upgrading the head unit for a 2012 truck. I opted not to pay the 2k for the SAT NaV unit from the dealer but rather try and find my own. My question is does any one know of an aftermarket In dash unit that will best work with the GM brand?

Go to best buy and look at there Radio/nav heads. There made to go in place of your radio and once installed will look almost factory. There touch screen i have on in my 06 explorer (wifes) It's a Pioneer. cost was 500 bucks but i did not stop there. I did a amp and 4 speakers at the same time.
