My 2014 Acadia SLT infotainment system is riddled with bugs. The USB iPod connection works sporadically, the radio turns on by itself and the iPod volume is low even when all proper settings have been made to the device. When opening the tailgate with the ignition off. the iPod begins to play. The automatic speed volume resets from medium to off all the time, as do other settings. I have spoken to several intellilink "specialists" who just advise to leave the car door open for 4 minutes and starting the car as their favorite fix. The vehicle has been brought to the dealer for a system diagnosis with no results indicating a problem. It's time for GMC to step up and fix this flawed system and update the software to remove all the highly inconvenient bugs from this not ready for prime time system.
