2014 LED conversion kit

has anyone done a conversion kit to LED bulbs on the 2014 sierra? I have always liked the look of HID kits in the past. I cant find a direct replacement bulb that will do a 5000k color or 6000k color to help match the LEDs around the headlight bezel. I was curious how the install looks after you have to drill a hole in the headlight seals. Does the LED bulb protrude out the back of the removable caps.
I assume if I remove the caps all together, then I'll end up with foggy headlights.
The LEDs are a dual filament like the original bulb and I dont want to lose my high beams.

I have done this using an HID kit from Absolute HID. I purchased their recommended kit with the digital ballasts 55watt 5000k for the single projector beam headlamp and they are a very close match (better than OEM) to the LED accents above and below. I have also replaced the fog lamp bulbs with Putco optic 360 LED's which are much whiter and brighter than the original bulbs and match the LED accents.
