2014 speakers

I bought a 2014 Sierra double cab with the LCD screen but the speakers just suck. What is the best speakers to upgrade my truck with without adding an amp.

Also what are the speaker sizes

pioneer 6x9's have always been the best for me. I haven't upgraded my speakers in my truck yet, so I couldn't speak for certain on that.
