2014 wheel upgrade

I recently bought a new sierra crew cab. It's black and I want to put black wheels on it. I like the ultra baron black wheels. My question is will they fit properly with no lift or modification? The wheels offset is listed at 12mm and back spacing is 5.43". I want to keep the stock 265/65-18s for now. Will this work?

As long as you use that tire it will definitely work. Where you want the wheel to sit is a different question. 18x9? It should be right inside the fender. Approximately an inch outside of where the stock wheels sit
