2016 Terrain tune up

I will do myself a tune up on my 2016 Terrain. I use to do them in my 2001 Chevy Blazer and learned tricks to get to a nasty plug that had to be changed.
Has anyone done one already in the back set of this V6 engine mainly the first one on the passenger side? The other one are ok. Is there any special tool needed?
Just trying to save some time.
