Service 4wd message on 2000 gmc sierra. New switch panel, new tccm computer, and new tc accuator. Cleaned all the frame ground wires as well. Can move the transfer case manually stuck in 4LO at the moment. The lights on 4wd switch does not light up as well. Where to from here?

Working the exact same problem with my '05 GMC Sierra 1500. Noticed you posted back in Feb...did you get your problem resolved? The switch panel on mine will light up for 1-2 seconds when the ignition is turned on (engine off) but no position switch is lit after that. I'm beginning to think it might be the encoder ring on the encoder motor. There's just no electrical signal making it to the motor to move anything. My diagnostic tool can send signals to make switches come on which to me sounds like the TCCM is still good. I did buy a new transfer case motor but it shows the same issues as the old motor. Probably something in the wiring somewhere?
