7.4 vortec ecm tuning

I have a 2000 Sierra K2500 with the venerable 454 or 7.5L vortec (whichever you prefer). Does anyone here have experience leaning out the air/fuel mix to compensate for the current 10% ethanol blend, via ECM programming?

Yes ppe tuning has a down loadable tune but you will need Efi live to flash the pcm
