t.b.i. system,engine wont idle and acts like its totally loading up when reving engine but theres no gas smell in the air,thought at first the injectors were stuck open,ive replaced every sensor and module (and injectors)under the hood but still no change, could it be lack of fuel and not too much like i thought? fuel pump failing possibly? please help..

Check your IAC (Idle Air Control) valve connections and also your EGR valve. Both will give you the issues your are having if one or both are not working properly.
The other thing you will want to look for is a bad vacuum lines or a dirty fuel filter. The TBI is fuel pressure sensitive so it would not hurt to replace the fuel filter also.
