'91 S-15 Jimmy; No Start

Forgive me if this has been hashed and rehashed but I am going to need a little help here. I've had this vehicle for quite a few years and it never gave me any trouble. It sits most of the time at camp and only gets a few hundred miles/year.

Right now it's a no start and I don't know where stuff is on this thing, nor do I know much about its systems. At first it started like it should but only ran for a few seconds, ran rough and quit. Now it's no start. I looked under the distributor cap and it is dry and does not look cracked. I sprayed ether into the air filter and no attempt at starting, checked the ECM fuse and it appears good. I usually use ether to point me towards electrical or fuel problems and this points me towards electrical but I am not at all familiar with this thing. I am usually pretty good mechanically and am well equipped with tools.

OK, I bought a Lisle spark tester and it sparks but it's a dim orange color. I tested the tester on my lawn mower and the lawn mower tests weaker than the Jimmy but the lawn mower runs fine. Where and how would I test the fuel pressure?
