92 GMC Sonoma won't start, ignition timing?

I have a 1992 GMC Sonoma with a 4.3l V6, the truck turns over, but will not start, I have replaced the distributor, spark plugs/wires, and tested the fuel lines and pump and it is all good, but the truck will still not run. I'm thinking I need to adjust the ignition timing but do not know how. I've heard under the distributor there is a type of gear that sometimes can be adjusted to fix the timing. 1993 GMC same problem

I am having the same problem as you were back in March. Can you help me out, what did you find out was your problem. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
