94 GMC Sierra Truck window stuck open...How do I fix it?

I'm broke...and the window is stuck 1/4 way open. I took the door panel off today and the cover inside over the window regulator. I couldn't force it up or in any way see how to fix it. It has automatic windows but I just need it up. It's cold here. Does anyone know how to tell me to fix this? Thanks a lot.

try to by pass the switch with a wire from the battery if you cant make the motor move like that you will need to replace the motor how ever if you can then it may be the switch. this is only if you really want it but first check your fuses that might be the problem
