95 gmc sonoma has a bad miss and hard to start?

i put new plugs
and a fuel filte

what can it be

when i try t start it and i let off to ealy and then try again it wont start for about a minute or two
and when it does start it idl about 950 -1000 rpm,s an misses a litte and wheni try to take off it misses the goes but wen i get it going it runs like a champ

You may have a weak fuel pump or a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Check your fuel pressure at the shredder valve with the keys on ignition "engine not running" and you should have 62-65 psi and then turn the keys off.

If your fuel pressure drops fast, then you have a fuel leak on your fuel pressure regulator and will need to be replaced. From what you have described the fuel is leaking in to your upper intake platinum and flooding out your engine. Once the extra fuel that has pooled in your intake is gone, then your engine will run great like what you have described.
