it ran fine until i ran all the gas outta it and let it sit for two days
i went to crank it today and i didnt hear the fuel pump kick on?
and i figured maybe the battery wasnt charged so i charged it but still nothing...so me and my brother sprayed some gas with a spray bottle into the throttle body and it started but died immediatly after we stoped spraying it ? so what wrong is it the relays or the pump or should i just order both????

without attempting to start it, turn the key on for a couple of seconds, and back off. repeat this for about a minute.
that should get the pump cycling and pressure built up, and it should just start right up immediately, IF it truly ran out of gas.

if a relay is suspect, there are probably five other relays that are identical. swap it out for something else. horn is a great one whenever it matches up.

pump is probably expensive, and you dont want to replace it if it is not bad. my '00 chevy pump was $320.
a pressure tester is needed to test its pressure output. its possible to find them for under $20, if there is a harbor frieght store near you thats where i would go for it.

if the relay isnt bad, and you have no pressure, i would think pump failed while you happened to be very low on gas. hopefully you havent put much in it, emptier the tank is, easie rthe replacement is.

it is something that can be done in the driveway by a do it yourself owner, especially if the tank is empty or very near it already.

Electric fuel pumps do not like running out of gas, they heat up and burn out. Your pump is gone, I'm afraid.
