96 gmc jimmy has fuel pressure and spark but won't start.?

What sensor could be at fault here? Will an OBD II scanner point me to the right sensor?

yes it will if there are any codes, a weak fuel pressure will not set a code. You need 62-65 psi to have the engine start.

Post back your fuel pressure and we can go from there, or spray some start fluid in to the air filter intake. If the engine starts then you have a fuel pressure issue.

That might not be true. On my 96 its has 64 psi but won't start in cold weather. Spraying starter fluid always starts from cold. When it is warm it will restart until it cool again.
 
How much fuel pressure? with a CPI motor you NEED 60 PSI. Anything less the truck will not start or it will run very bad. I just replaced my injector and line kit. Took me a whole hour to do it. its a cake walk
