Hey guys im new. i have a 96 jimmy. And it was in an accident im looking for the radiator fan shroud if anyone has one for sale and one more question. im looking for an exhaust what is best? thanks.

Salvage yard would be the best place for you to get a Radiator Shroud. Your Jimmy is just as old as mine and some parts cost just as much as the whole truck it self.

As for the exhaust, http://www.dynomax.com/ is one of the most economical systems out there. It's what i had in my Jimmy first and i am now running http://www.magnaflow.com/ which cost more, but i am running stainless steel exhaust now.

Stay 2.5 inch single exhaust and turn you stock air filter box in to a cold air intake. Remove your air filter box from the Jimmy and cut open the front of the air box where the air restriction tube is located. Once the front of the box has been cut out, reinstall the filter box and use the money you saved to buy a K&N high flow air filter.

Good luck and hope this helps, If you think you need more HP. Have your Jimmy dyno tuned to remove the Torque Management system and get more HP and better fuel economy too.

magnaflows site doesn't have a system listed for the 96 Jimmy (or 96 Blazer). do you have a link to the system you're using?
