long highway hill climbs (Vancouver BC) truck speed slows eventually on climb (under 1K), revs won't go above 3K then drop off, even if I press accelerator to floor it won't kick into lower gear, trucks slows more, eventually chugs out to warning lights, I switch to N to give it revs, then back to D to hit the pedal to get it to go, happens even after new re-built transmission installled 2 months ago...any ideas?
