98 Jimmy engine swap

I have a '98 Jimmy that has had 2 engine swaps here in Bahrain. The last swap put a vortec V6 into it. It has issues. A friend offered me a 0 mile rebuilt non fuel injection 4.3L gm engine.

What would it take to convert this to Fuel Injection? Or can it be done?
