98 sierra engine question

I have a 98 sierra 1500 z71 and the engine has locked up on it and i was just wondering if the 5.7 350 was the only engine that will bolt in directly or if i could use another like the 6.0 or 5.3?

Sorry the 5.7 Vortec would be the easiest bolt on engine. The 5.3, 6.0 Vortec would need the PCM also to make it run. It can be done but as mention your going to also have to swap out the PCM and wire harness.
