Hi i have a 99 GMC sonoma and when i get to about 45 mph and stay steady at that speed, the RPMs fluctuate and the speed fluctuates too. When this happens it goes from a speed of 45, 44, 43, 44, 54 in a matter of like 1 second and it happens all the time around that speed. The RPMs fluctuate and they drop like 250 rpms and go back up. Please help me.

EGR valve maybe getting clogged with carbon. Vacuum leak but this would happen at various times. Fuel pump starting to die.
