I am having a problem fixing my heat and air. The air only works when I'm driving. It will not work when I'm idling. The controls seems to have no effect on it whatsoever. It only blows out the vents. If I change it, it still doesn't do anything. It wont even turn off while I'm driving. If I change it to heat, it still won't change. I replaced the control module under the hood. It didn't fix my problem. I need some suggestions.

There is a blend door actuator up under the dash that needs to be checked. The one that controls the air flow is hooked into a diaphragm via flexible air line. Could be the actuator or vacuum line. You can kind of get to it if you remove the glove box and look up and left.
