My Service Engine Light (idiot light) is on again and the codes that are popping up are P0135 Bank 1 Sensor 1 and P0155 Bank 2 Sensor 1. I had replaced these sensors last year but this code popped up again. I am experiencing rough idle at times, especially when doing a cold start. In addition to the rough idle, the truck seems to be struggling to power up and out of 1st gear. However, once the truck warms up, the idle begins to get smoother and the gears transition easily.
I just performed a quick inspection of the o2 sensors to see if there was any wiring issues. In the short time I had before it started pouring rain, I saw no issues wiring wise.
Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? Should I check something else, replace the sensors? If I need to replace them again, what brand is recommended?
