the truck is a friend of mine I think the key switch is bad. Here is what is and isnt working the battery is new and charged the starter works when jumped with aligator clip direct to the battery. what is not working is the trigger wire to the starter is reading 4 volts the lights on the dash are flikering like a loose battery connection the battery the fuse and relay block and starter pos wire all have 12.4 volts readings. thanks for any and all info
