Bought my 2015 Sierra Denali this past December. Tried a/c last month and got hot air, took it to a shop here in town, thought it just needed a charge, they charged it with dye and told me to come back if it stopped working. Worked four days and stopped, took it back, they looked it over and couldn't find a leak, said it held vacuum, recharged it and said come back soon as it stopped. Another four days and no cold air, took it back same story, no dye anywhere, held vacuum, it hasn't rained any. Third times the charmed I was hoping, took it that day, no dye and held vacuum, recharged it and said good luck, another four days and hot air again. When it worked it blew some cold air.
Can anyone tell me what's going on? Point me in some direction. Don't know what else to do. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Leaking through the compressor. replace the compressor go from there

Locate the condensate drain and look for dye where the drain exits. If the evaporator coil is leaking, dye will come out with the water and leave a dye stain.
