Acadia navigation speaks and doesn't speak

Sometimes the voice commands work on the navigation. Sometimes it doesn't. Anyone have suggestions how to get the voice to work all of the time?

Navigation Voice Disappears

I had a similar problem. If you turn the volume down when the navigation voice is speaking, you will shut the voice off, requiring you to go into the settings to restore the voice. Try not touching the volume control when the navigation system is active.
