A few days ago I was exiting my 2009 Acadia. Upon shutting the car off and opening my door I noticed the radio was still on. (usually shuts off when driver side door is open after you shut the car off) In fear of running the battery down I tried to get the radio to turn off by pressing lock on my keyfob. Radio did turn off but I noticed the security light (light of a car with a padlock through it) came on. I paid no attention to this and preceded to exit the vehicle. I get back in the car about 30 minutes later with no problem. Security light turned off and everything was working just fine. Until about 1 mile down the road there was a slight surge with the car it shut off for half a second then came back on for another second then COMPLETELY shut down. No Power steering, brake, power, nothing. Upon pulling over I put the car in park and tried to start the car again. Nothing. Tried to get the keys out and they're stuck in the ignition and the car is stuck in park. Any help please!

I disconnected the batter, pulled the power mod fuse.
