Active fuel management

I have a 2008 sle 4x4 sierra still under factory warranty. Does anyone know if the AFM system is covered under the warranty? I've read some people have problems with it, and although I have not yet, if it's not covered I might be looking to trade it in if it's not part of the warranty. Just seems to me its one more thing that could go wrong.

Yes it is covered, its part of the powertrain warranty.
