Adding a stereo

Hello, my boss has an '07 savanna 3500 work van and it came with no stereo, but he now wants one really badly and I'd like to get it for him as a gift.

My question is, since the antenna is mounted on the vehicle does this mean all the wiring and speakers(highly doubt) are in the vehicle as well or do I need need to get some speakers and run the wiring myself?

It's common for the stereo wire harness to be installed already, all your going to have to do is add the head unit and speakers.
