another fan speed issue, forum checked

Hi,
There's lots of threads on the fan speed either not working on high, or working only on high. You Tube videos also. So my question is simple:

On my 95 Sierra 2500, the fan blows only on 5. I've replaced the resistor and replaced the fan switch. The harness looked good, not burnt. I heard something about a "high speed relay" may be stuck on high, or something like that. Can someone give me more info on where this relay might be located? My next step is to replace the blower after checking the voltages on it...

The high speed blower is located on top of the heater case behind the glove box by the resistor. Sorry for the news of extra work.
