Backup camera relocation

I'm trying to relocate the backup camera from my 21 GMC Sierra tailgate. I don't want to remove all the cables as that looks like a huge pain. I'd rather just remove the camera and then use a new cable to just attach the camera to a work box that added to the bed of the truck. I can't find anywhere to just get the cable. I found a couple places that want over $200 for a kit which is the cable and a plastic box. There must be a much cheaper way to just get the cable. Looks like it should cost under $20 to me. Does anyone know where I can get just the cable? Or even what the specific cable ends are called?

Are you trying to run the camera back into the infotainment system or for another screen? You mentioning that you want to run it to a work box has me a little thrown.
