I'm trying to figure out if i have a bad battery or starter on my 95 GMC Sierra. First off, when the truck is cold the truck seems to start fine, but when the truck has been running for about an hour or so, starting seems sluggish and sounds like i don't have enough juice to turn the engine over. Upon taking my charger/tester to the battery with the truck off, i yielded a battery percent rate of 65%. I also took my truck to my local hardware store who is also an automotive parts place who took a load tester to my battery and showed it was within normal tolerances, 740 or something amps out of an 800 cold cranking amp battery.

Though my battery has me kinda concerned at only 65%, something inside me leads me to believe it could also be my starter. I've read online and watched a few videos which kinda describes what I've been experiencing, starts fine cold and not so much when it's hot. I've also read that if your experiencing something like this it might also be from corroded battery terminals or connections, that being to the battery or starter. Could this be true..? Could any of these issues be my problem..? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Update: I bought a new battery and cleaned the terminals and connections leading to the battery at the end of last winter but my problem is still there. I am now starting to think it's the solenoid on the starter or the starter itself acting up as the engine gets hot. Am i right in assuming this is the culprit or could there possibly be another factor i am overlooking..?
