Hello,
I have a 92 GMC sierra, 4WD,1/2 ton,v8 350ci,TBI.
When I bought her she had flat cam lobes so I scrapped the old engine
And had a brand new crate 350 installed. After she was out of the shop
She ran amazing, couldn't ask for a better running truck. After three weeks
She kept dying every once in awhile,(turned out my injectors were bad. Took
Used TBI off of my 93 chevy and had shop install on my 92 GMC, she ran
Good for two days out of the shop, now she Boggs down and loses power with light and heavy acceleration, it slowly worsens until she dies, keep in mind there is no over heating. She fired back up instantly and runs amazing with full power and speed, for about an hour, then process repeat. Please help if you have any ideas I will gladly try them.
P.S. My TBI sounds like a diesel turbo sucking insaine air, I've checked all my lines for vacum leaks, everything is sealed the air suction is in my TBI.
Also I've changed the fallowing:
TBI(used)
Air filter(K&N barrel filter $130 reusable)
Fuel filter
MAP sensor
Thermostat sensor and pigtail
Rotar
Cap
SP WIRES
spark plugs
Computer
Fuel relay
