brake lights on all the time

I have a 2009 sierra and my brake lights are on all the time. I have replaced the brake light switch and I still have the problem. Also when the head lights are on and you depress the brake pedal and start to let up on the pedal the dash board lights dimm. Dealer says the dimming is normal I don't think so. Can anyone help?

I believe I have found the problem. I think I have a problem with the body control module. I have replaced the stop light switch, with no difference. I then unpluged the switch and the brake lights still stay on. I do not know where the bcm is located. Can you help me with that?
