I braked hard and the front right brake did not make a mark in dirt while the left front brake made a big mark in the dirt. I checked pads, had the rotors ground and checked the runout bled all the brake lines, front and back and in my test run there was no improvement in the front brakes. Still the right front brake did not grab the dirt. Anyone know what is wrong?

It would likely be a siezed calliper.

You might have a semi-collapsed brake line. I had an older GMC van that had a similar issue which prevented both brakes from getting the same pressure.
