Bumpy nightmare please help

Hello,i have a 2010 yukon denali hybrid, about a month ago something happened with the air ride system. The pump is working and turns on for about 3 seconds after i start the vehicle, and i hear it turn on every so often when im parked on a hill or uneven surface. I think the shocks are raised all the way and they dont adjust making my drive a bumpy nightmare. It looks like it is jacked and is at max height. Any suggestions.

I have a 2009 GMC denali. I would go to the rear and unplug the air hose. The drivers side turn the locking clip 90 degrees, then pull off. You should hear air push out and lower.

Do the same thing on the passenger but the clip is plastic and just pulls down, and will come off in your hand. Both can be accessed from the wheel well with nothing to remove.

Once complete, unhook positive side of the battery for 10 minutes and it should reset the settings for air ride.

Hopefully this will fix the issue.
