My neighbor is selling his Sierra. It's a 1998 and has 149k, and some body damage. Exterior is 7/10 and the interior is 4/10. It also has a check engine light (He thinks it's the "electric panel"), a cracked windshield, and some interior bits missing. The truck wont pass inspection unless those problems are fixed.
He wants $400 for it. I'm not looking to keep it. I want to flip it for a profit, by selling it as is. Should I do it?
