can anyone identify this GMC and the year?

Im trying to find out any and all info I can about this truck. All I have is this picture. You cant see in the pick, but the rear has dualies on it. Anyone know what year and model this is?

Looks like a 1955 GMC 1 Ton. Not sure of the exact model if there is one. My dad used to have one that looked like that, was a '55 GMC 1 Ton.

cool , thanks. after pulling up a bunch of pics on google, I narrowed it down to either a '55 or a '56.

Hey you all are right!! its 1955 GMC half-ton pickup model truck...........very popular of those decades...you can also get more about this on google pages!!
