No you can not unless you customize them. The length are different i believe and the way they are shaped are different. The suburban's had a body changed in 2000 from the 1999. Believe the body changes years are from 1992 to 1999, 2000 to 2006 and the 2007 to present all have body and mechanical changes. Hope this helps, and yes you can but your going to have to do some cutting and bolting different types of mounting brackets that will work for you.
