Can I swap

I have a 95 gmc Sierra reg. cab with a 350. I can get a 95 1500 extended cab with a 454 with 140,000 miles on it. Trns is brand new but body is real rough. Will the engine and trans drop right in my truck and is it worth the money $400? Also could I make the exhaust work from the muffler back?

Ps don't think it matters but my truck is 2x4 other is 4x4
And the 350 is an 8' bed the extended is a 6'

And the 350 is an 8' bed the extended is a 6'

Your also going to have to swap over the ECM, transmission cross member and not sure about the oil pan between the 4X4 and 2WD right now, so your going to have to check on that with the dealer.
