Chimes for no known reason

Sometimes, upon starting my '16 Sierra, the warning chime sounds. Nothing on the dash gives me a clue why. The chime continues, usually with increasing frequency, for several minutes and then stops. This has happened 4 or 5 times in the 3 months I've owned the truck.

Having had similar problems on two GM vehicles, we just assume " Sparky" the electronic demon is at it again. (I'm sorry I can't give you a more useful answer.) Sparky also decides when the Air Conditioning is going to work , when the " Theft Deterent System" is going to prevent us from starting our own vehicle, when the headlights are going to work, when the ABS light is going to come on or go off, and several other things. It reminds me of Maxwell's Demons of a long time ago, who apparently routed electrons either one way or another.
