After moving to Oregon my Daylight Running Lights started working inconsistently. The housing was full of water. I drained the water, drilled holes to allowed future water to drain, changed bulbs, checked fuse, and replaced the relay in the fuse box under the hood. They still don't work.
Is there anything I'm missing, or are they fried for good. The truck is a 2000 Sierra.
